A unique and immersive program designed to build confidence, trust, and deep connection between children and horses. The Sacred Hooves program is for children aged 6-17 who want to go beyond traditional riding schools and explore the full world of horsemanship. This ground-based program provides a holistic and hands-on approach to learning about horses, their care, behaviour, and communication. Horses have so much to teach us—about patience, trust, and emotional awareness. This program is designed to foster a deep and respectful bond between child and horse while building valuable life skills in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing personalised, high-quality sessions for both horses and their humans. In order to maintain the best experience for all clients, I have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. Booking Policy: - A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit ensures your appointment is reserved and allows us to prepare for your specific needs. - The remaining 50% of the session fee is payable on the day of your scheduled service. Rescheduling and Cancellation: - I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. - If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled session, or you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit. - Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit as a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows me to ensure availability for all clients and provides fairness to those who may be waiting for an appointment.
