Equine Explorers is a specially designed hands-on learning program for children aged under 6, offering them the opportunity to develop confidence, coordination, and a connection with horses in a fun and supportive environment. Unlike traditional riding schools, this program is entirely ground-based, allowing children to interact with horses in a way that fosters trust, understanding, and respect while building valuable life skills. Cancellation Policy
I am committed to providing personalised, high-quality sessions for both horses and their humans. In order to maintain the best experience for all clients, I have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. Booking Policy: - A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This deposit ensures your appointment is reserved and allows us to prepare for your specific needs. - The remaining 50% of the session fee is payable on the day of your scheduled service. Rescheduling and Cancellation: - I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. - If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled session, or you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit. - Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit as a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows me to ensure availability for all clients and provides fairness to those who may be waiting for an appointment.
