Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Effective from 17th September 2025
Applicable to all sessions, classes, events, workshops, and programs offered by Jess Symons Equine Services.
General Booking Terms
All bookings made through Jess Symons Equine Services (including private sessions, group classes, term programs, and workshops) are subject to the following payment and cancellation conditions.
By completing a booking, you agree to honour these terms and acknowledge the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each offering — for both the horses and humans involved.
Payment Terms
One-off Classes & Sessions

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

Available payment methods: Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
Term-Based Classes & Programs

May be paid upfront or via weekly instalments (subscription).

Weekly payment plans must be maintained in good standing. Missed payments may result in paused access until resolved.
Admin & Processing Fees

An admin fee may apply and is always clearly stated at the time of booking or plan selection.

Any admin fees are non-refundable.

Additional fees may be incurred for declined payments that require manual follow-up.
❗Please ensure your payment details are up to date if you’re on a subscription plan. While some factors are outside of our control, Jess is a one-woman business and your cooperation helps keep everything running smoothly.
Cancellations, Reschedules & Refunds
Private Sessions

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee unless otherwise agreed.
Group Classes

Cancellations are not required, but please advise as early as possible if you cannot attend.

Missed classes will not be refunded, but makeup sessions may be offered where possible.
Term Enrolments

Enrolling in a term-based program is a commitment to the full term.

No refunds will be issued once the term begins.

Makeup sessions and credit transfers will be arranged on a case-by-case basis to suit both parties.
Workshops & Events

Require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received in time.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the fee.
Bundles & Prepaid Packs

Are flexible by nature. We understand life happens.

Expiry extensions or credit transfers can be discussed case by case, with understanding and fairness for all involved.
Rescheduling Due to Weather or Horse Wellbeing

Sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to weather, paddock conditions, or the wellbeing of the horses.

In such cases, Jess will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or offer a full credit.
